Badam shake Recipe


 Almond Shake Recipe: This is a very easy recipe, in this delicious almond shake you will getthetaste of cardamom, saffron and cream along with almonds

Ingredients of Almond Shake

20-30 almonds (soaked overnight), peeled

3 1/4 cups milk

3 tablespoons low calorie sweetener

1/4 tsp green cardamom powder

1 1/2 tablespoon custard powder

A pinch of saffron

1/4 cup fresh cream


How to make almond shake

1. Heat 2 cups of milk in a non-stick deep pan, add low calorie sweetener, green cardamom powder and custard powder and boil the mixture on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Meanwhile, put almonds in a blender jar and mix the smooth paste in the remaining milk.

3. Mix the powdered paste in the milk mixture, boil it on low heat for 5 minutes.

4. Add saffron to it and cook it for a minute. Add fresh cream to it and mix and take out the pan from the heat. Keep it in the refrigerator to cool down.

5. Put it in a serving glass and garnish with cardamom powder and saffron and serve cold.
