Oats and Vegetable Pancake Ingredients

440 gms Oats Powder

220 grams semolina

60 grams rice flour

150 grams cabbage, bunch

60 grams onion

60 grams Capsicum

2 green chillies

5 curry leaves

1 vine paper

60 grams Green Coriander

Salt to taste

200 ml (ml) buttermilk

The method of making Oats and Vegetable Pancakes

1. Take a bowl, add oats powder, semolina, rice flour, salt and vegetables like cabbage, onion, green chilli and kadipat. Then add green coriander and buttermilk.

2. If you want, you can also add water instead of buttermilk, adding butter milk will give a good taste.

3. Make batter by mixing all the things together. Prepare it like a dosa batter. Prepare small pancakes from it.

4. Bake on medium flame from both sides. Serve it with green chutney or coconut chutney.
