Paneer Tikka was one of the most popular recipes in India.
And it is one of those things that is loved all over the world. So the brothers who love their non-vegetarian food otherwise will not put two servings in this paneer tikka.
What a Paneer Tikka
So what exactly is a paneer tikka?
It is a popular Indian dish where slices of paneer (Indian cottages cheese) are wrapped in yogurt and spices and held until they are burnt.
Onions, bell peppers and tomatoes are also added to the dressing and paner.
Once cooked, serve with cilantro mint chutney, onion slices and lemon peel.
How to Make a Paneer Tikka
The process is very simple, you move the paner with spices and yogurt, let it sit for a while so that the flavors blend well together and arrange the cubes of paneer and onion and pepper on a skewer and grill.
However, the taste of paneer tikka lies in its heat anyway.
So to make a good paneer tikka first you need to make a very good marinade.
My marinade adds a lot of spices and Greek yogurt. Now if you can't find Greek yoghurt that's fine. You can use regular yogurt too, just make sure you strain it 3-4 hours before using it.
You really need a wide yogurt to round the panner cubes.

Traditionally the paneer tikka is tied with a tandoor of that authentic taste and flavor.
But the good news is that you can make a delicious version of it at home by roasting it in the oven!
Baking in the oven gives that hot look. You people should try this!

Making a Paneer Tikka In The Oven
In this recipe, I cooked tikka in the oven. Now when you cook the window in the oven, it can get rubbery and chew.
So how do you avoid that?
First, sprinkle the tikka with oil before placing it in the oven.
Second, as the cheese window does not need to be cooked for long. If you plan to eat paner tikka soon they can cook it longer.
But it does say that for a party, you will need the pieces to remain soft or cool, so make sure you do not overcook in the oven.
Here is my suggestion!
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes and open the broil. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes until the paner pieces look hot
If you want the paneer to be softer bake at 450 F for five minutes and bake for 3 to 4 minutes.

Making a Paneer Tikka at Stove-Top
You can do this on a stove-top if you don’t have a grill and not an oven.
Yes, you can make tikka on the stove.
The grill pan will work very well but if you don’t have that simple pan or tawa it will also work. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Remember to spray the pan with oil spray first.
Cook from both sides until golden brown. It will still taste good!
Always remember to serve tikka by sprinkling chaat masala with the side of cilantro chutney. There is no other way to eat it!
How
1- Mix the yoghurt in a large bowl until smooth. I used greek yogurt here, you can use regular yogurt just make sure you rub it for several hours until you have a hot yogurt and use the recipe.

5- Add paneer cubes, onions and peppers.
6- Mix until all the paner pieces and vegetables are well mixed with the marinade. Cover the container and refrigerator for at least one hour or up to four hours. Night also works!
7- After 1-2 hours, remove the seaweed and vegetables from the fridge. Take a skewer and arrange the paner, onion and pepper on the skewer, alternating.
Make all the skewers evenly. At present the pre-heated oven should be at 450 degrees F. Be sure to heat the oven before 15-20 minutes.
8- Arrange all the prepared skewers on a baking sheet filled with parchment paper. Spray tikka with oil spray. This is important so that the vegetables do not dry out.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes and open the broil. Open for 2 to 3 minutes until the paneer pieces look small
